One of my passions is Animal Rescue. My love and passion for Animals began at very young age. We would bring just about every furry little critter home.
I wouldn’t be able to do it without great support system that includes great vets, friends who help trap, foster parents and the forever family who adopts these lil’ fur babies.
This is my beautiful friend Alicia Harding- she is talented, kind, a loyal friend and loves animals.
Alicia came into my life at the perfect time, I had just moved from New York to New Jersey. The area I moved to had so many stray cats, it was so overwhelming to see their suffering.
Alicia taught me how to trap and vet them. This girl can fly over a fence with her long legs. Did I mention she is very flexible, all that yoga and dancing!
Thank God, I have arm strength and Alicia has long strong legs, I think we make a great team!
On a very cold, long night, and with patience, we were able to get the cat in trap. He was injured and starving.
Once trapped, cats get vetted, spayed/neutered and ready for their Forever Family.
If we are not able to find a home immediately. We cross our fingers and depend on the kindness of foster families.
I’ve lived in NYC/NJ area for over 15 years, I’ve always taken all my pets to “The Humane Society of New York” I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful place. The Doctors and staff are incredible.

When I’m back home in Texas, I take our rescues and other family pets to the “SPCA” of Texas.
